Summary of Practice
Jennifer's primary area of practice is in family law. She joined Bosso Williams in 2001, following her work as a public defender practicing criminal defense for the Santa Cruz County Public Defender's Office from 1997 through 2001. Prior to that, she worked in the Public Defender's Office in Tuolumne County from 1994 through 1997. Her litigation experience offers clients security in the courtroom during the stressful process of divorce or child-related issues, as well as bringing a long history of reaching reasonable settlements in the majority of her cases.

Jennifer's family law practice involves the most pivotal aspects of people's lives, including financial status, division of property, and children. Of these, Jennifer gives a high priority to the safety, protection, and best interests of our clients' children. At Bosso Williams, our focus in family law is on assisting our clients to find workable pathways and solutions. Jennifer's experience and contacts with outside resources including mental health professionals, such as therapists, psychologists, and financial experts are invaluable when their intervention becomes necessary.

Jennifer's experience in handling all aspects of family law, including dissolution, support issues, division of property, parenting plans, domestic violence, and post divorce litigation, allows us to provide informed, judicious, and thoughtful recommendations and assistance to our clients. Additionally, Jennifer offers experienced assistance with adoptions or guardianships of minor children.
