Estate Planning We are proud to offer our clients a full range of estate planning services.  We enjoy meeting with our clients and working together to determine their estate planning needs and wishes.  We prepare revocable living trusts for single and married persons.  Our typical estate plan based on a revocable living trust would include a pour-over will, transfer documents for real property and possibly for partnership and business interests, durable powers of attorney for asset management, advance health care directives, and community property agreements, all as needed.  We prepare simple wills and trust wills for single and married persons.  We can incorporate provisions for minor children or trusts for children in any of our estate plans. We also provide estate tax planning for our clients.  Estate tax planning provisions may be included in our revocable living trusts.  In addition, we provide services such as family limited partnerships or limited liability companies, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and other plans that may assist with estate tax planning. At the difficult time of the death of a family member, we stand ready to provide services needed for proper administration of the estate.  We handle probates, as well as small-estate proceedings, as required to transfer estate assets to the beneficiaries.  We also handle trust administrations, both on the death of the first spouse when the spouses had a joint revocable living trust, and on the death of the second spouse or on the death of a single person.
